At AZtrucks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make your ordering experience with us the best it can be, and we'll work hard to keep you satisfied.
Most of our products are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer or from one of our warehouses. Items that are backordered, out of stock, custom or special order items may require additional lead-times for delivery. We will notify you shortly after we receive your order to confirm any special or backorder status, and to provide you with an estimated date of shipment. On items shipped via UPS or FedEx, a tracking # will be sent to you by email when your item(s) leave the warehouse.
Once you have placed an order, you can track your items on our customer account page. Please note that items may sometimes arrive before a tracking # for your package becomes available from the manufacturer.
- Please note that all flat-rate shipping costs shown on our website are for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states only. Please contact us for actual shipping charges on international orders, or for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
- AZtrucks ships orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS and other common carriers. Some orders are shipped from multiple locations, and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure the fastest possible service.
CUSTOMERS IN ARIZONA
If you are in Arizona, and wish to pickup your items in our store we are more than happy to accomodate you. We do suggest however, that you call or email us first to verify parts availability. Also, please note that for any items picked up in our stores, you will pay the price shown on our website PLUS shipping costs and sales tax, as our web prices do not include the costs of freight from the manufacturer to our stores.
We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, however if an item is damaged in shipment, please follow the steps below:
- If you need to return merchandise, please email us or call our office during our regular business hours (8-5, M-F MST) at (602) 278-0702 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization, or for reasons other than defective or damaged shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
When returning an item to us, please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage, and to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise.
- If a return is requested for reasons other than shipping damages (ie: customer changes of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to AZtrucks, and item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by AZtrucks.
- AZtrucks cannot accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer abuse.
- Return requests must be submitted and all returned items received by
AZtrucks within 30 days from initial receipt of your item(s).
All parts are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, and are included with your products. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information.
