Bigger Tubes = Stronger Frame
Big 1" diameter carbon steel side rail tubes are the strongest available, and all models have 1" square T6 aircraft grade aluminum floor tubes. Clean 4" swaged joints ensure tight fit and double strength. Button head stainless steel fasteners for added strength and corrosion resistance.

Premium Powdercoat Finish
Five stage metal pre-treatment with gloss black, marine grade powder coat finish is specially formulated to resist corrosion and abrasion. Will not fade or dull.

Other Cool Features
Superb craftsmanship provides OEM appearance, and aerodynamic beveled cross bars and longitudinal floor tubes reduce drag. Floor tubes are captured within cross bars to provide flat floor and full 4.5" cargo depth. Custom mount kits (sold separately) are available for virtually all makes and models of Jeeps and SUV's.
